Hugh was a man of integrity and principle. He had over thirty years’ experience, working mostly for the Auckland Regional Council on regional planning and resource management matters. He had extensive involvement in assessing regional policy and plans and significant development proposals across the Auckland Region.

Hugh’s critique of PC372 formed the backbone of the community groups’ position against the plan change and his wise counsel led to our practice’s involvement.
